Honourable Lyttleton Shirley
The Hon. Lyttleton Shirley is a respected business leader and entrepreneur with more than 50 years of service across Jamaica's public and private sectors. He founded several ventures including Hegley's Auto Supplies and Tanaj Investments. His leadership roles include Chairman of the Port Authority of Jamaica, the South East Regional Health Authority, and FCJ. He was conferred with the Order of Jamaica in 2024 and the Order of Distinction (Commander Class) in 2017. He currently chairs the boards of the Kingston Free Zone and FCJ. At FCJ, he leads the Public Relations and Marketing Committee and sits on the Corporate Governance, Finance, Human Resource & Administration and IT, and Projects and Operations Committees.
Dr. Donald Farquharson
Dr Donald Farquharson is a Certified Professional Engineer with senior leadership experience across engineering, ICT, and public health. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MSc in MIS, an MBA, and a BSc in Computer and Electrical Engineering. His former roles include CIO at Jamaica Public Service Company and CEO of Kingston Public and Jubilee Hospitals. As Managing Director of FCJ, he sits on all Board committees except Corporate Governance and Audit & Risk Management.
Dirkette Cooper
Dirkette is a professionally accredited Corporate Secretary and Certified Administrative Professional with over 20 years of experience in secretarial administration. She serves as Corporate Secretary for FCJ, Morant Bay Urban Centre Ltd, and Boundbrook Urban Centre Ltd. She holds a Postgraduate Diploma from UWI, a BSc in Management Studies from UWI, and is Chartered Governance Institute (UK & Ireland) certified. Dirkette also holds PACS, CAP, and CAP-OM designations and sits on several internal committees, including Procurement, Annual Report, and Purchase Orders Evaluation. She is a committed steward of good governance.

Andre Nelson
Director
Andre Nelson is a Registered Professional Engineer with expertise in civil infrastructure and flood management. He holds an MSc in Sustainable River Catchment Flood Management and a BSc in Civil Engineering. His professional history includes leadership roles at the National Works Agency and Caribbean Cement Company. Andre currently chairs the board of NROCC and since 2021, has chaired the Board Procurement Committee at FCJ. He also serves on the Projects and Operations, Audit & Risk Management, and Human Resources & Administration and IT Committees.
Danya Ho
Director
Danya Ho is a creative entrepreneur and founder of Fine Ideas Catering, with a professional background in nursing. She has served at the University Hospital of the West Indies and in private medical practice. In 2019, she opened Danya's Coffee Barrel in downtown Kingston. Danya is an active mentor in her church community. At FCJ, she serves as Deputy Chair of the Human Resource & Administration and IT Committee and serves on the Public Relations & Marketing Committee, and Board Procurement, and Corporate Governance Committees.
Dr. Kofi Nkrumah-Young
Director
Dr Kofi Nkrumah-Young is a finance and education professional with over 30 years of experience. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, an MBA, and degrees in banking, finance, and theology. He is also Vice President of the governing executive of the Moravian Church in Jamaica and the Cayman Islands. A published researcher and lecturer, Kofi serves on boards including HEART/NSTA Trust, ACHEA, and Morant Bay Urban Centre Ltd. At FCJ, he chairs the Finance Committee, serves on the Projects and Operations Committee.
Fabian Brown
Director
Fabian Brown is a leadership and human capital specialist with a background in strategic management, communications, and social development. He has worked across sectors including hospitality, health, and social services and holds a Commonwealth Executive MBA. Fabian actively supports volunteer programmes and has served on various boards. As a Director at FCJ since 2016, he chairs the Human Resource & Administration and IT Committee and serves on the Projects and Operations Committee.
Kirk Benjamin
Director
Kirk Benjamin is the Senior Director of Trade Facilitation and Special Projects at Jamaica Customs, with 18 years of experience in tax administration. He provides technical guidance on customs policy and implementation. Kirk holds an MSc in Public Policy & Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Public Sector Senior Management. Since 2016, he has been a Director at FCJ, where he chairs the Audit & Risk Management Committee and serves on the Corporate Governance, and Projects and Operations Committees.
Michael Stern
Director
Michael Stern is a former Minister of State in the Ministry of Industry, Investment, and Commerce with expertise in infrastructure, governance, and communications. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Finance and currently consults on national infrastructure and public communications. Michael serves on several boards including the South East Regional Health Authority (SERHA) and is CEO of multiple companies including Speedtalk Mobile Inc, Triple Super Save, and U2 Connect Communications Ltd. At FCJ, he chairs the Projects and Operations Committee and serves on the Finance and Public Relations and Marketing Committees.
Rochelle Cameron
Director
Rochelle Cameron is an Attorney-at-Law and the CEO of Prescient Consulting Services Limited. With over 25 years of legal and executive leadership, she has served as Crown Counsel in Jamaica and Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Affairs at Cable & Wireless. Rochelle holds an MBA in International Business and is a Justice of the Peace for St. Andrew. Her expertise spans crisis management, business strategy, and team engagement. She has been a Director at FCJ since 2016 and chairs the Corporate Governance and serves on the Audit and Risk Management Committee.
Roxann Linton
Director
Roxann Linton is a seasoned financial services executive and transformation advisor with expertise in retail and commercial banking, governance, compliance, and strategic risk oversight. She is the founder of InnerHub Consulting, a boutique firm focused on leadership alignment and sustainable growth, and previously served as CEO of one of the region's largest credit unions. Roxann is passionate about social impact, particularly initiatives that support women and children. At FCJ, she serves as Deputy Chair of the Audit & Risk Management Committee, offering key insights into financial oversight and strategic planning. She also serves on Finance, Human Resource & Administration and Board Procurement Committees.
