November 2023

Phase 1A Completion

The construction of the two SME buildings totaling 36,000 sq. ft. is 100% complete with 90% client occupancy secured. This construction completes the final stage of Phase 1A totaling 126,000 sq. ft. of the new warehouses located in the vicinity of the Industrial Terrace gate.

January 2022

Phase 1 Progress

Phase 1 of the Garmex Freezone Redevelopment and Expansion Project is almost completed. Four buildings totalling 90,000 sq.ft. are now operational, with sewer works being connected. Two buildings totaling 36,000 sq.ft. are designed for mini-warehousing. Construction is expected to begin January 2022.

July 2021

Phase 1 Buildings

Three of the four buildings measuring approximately 63,000 sq.ft. have been completed. Buildings 2A1 and 2A2 are ready for occupancy.

November 2020

Project Launch

The first phase of the Garmex Redevelopment and Expansion Project has started and was expected to be completed by March 2021.
