Kirk is the Senior Director of Trade Facilitation and Special Projects at Jamaica Customs with 18 years of tax administration experience. He provides technical assistance in formulating and implementing tax policies for importation. Kirk holds an MSc in Public Policy & Management and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Sector Senior Management. Since 2016, he has been a Director at FCJ, chairing the Audit & Risk Management Committee and serving on the Corporate Governance Committee.
