Requirements
Partnering with FCJ is easy. However there are things to prepare before-hand. There is an application form to be completed and submitted along with other documents before you can be considered.
These are:
- Bank Reference Letter
- Company Business Plan/ Outline
- Articles of Incorporation
- Company registration and TCC
- Recent Financial Statements and/or Cash Flow Projections
- Letter of Good Standing from a Current/ Past Landlord
Upon approval, you will be required to pay a security deposit of three (3) months plus a stamp duty fee.
