A qualified Land Economist and Valuation Surveyor with over twenty years of experience in the Real Estate Sector specifically – sales, rental, valuation and property management – Desmond has over ten years of experience in Strategic Management, specialising in project conception and feasibility. Desmond holds a Master of Business Administration with Distinction from the University of the West Indies, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management (First Class Honours) and a Diploma in Land Economy & Valuation Surveying with Honours, both from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
