Andre is a Registered Professional Engineer with a BSc in Civil Engineering and an MSc in Sustainable River Catchment Flood Management. He has held senior positions in both public and private enterprises, including the National Works Agency and Caribbean Cement Company. Andre currently chairs the board for the National Road Operating and Construction Company (NROCC). As a Director at FCJ since 2021, he chairs the Procurement Committee and serves on the Projects and Operations, Audit & Risk Management, and Human Resources & Administration and IT Committees.
