Sacha Désulmé

Sacha joined FCJ in 2013 as Information Technology Manager and was promoted to Human Resources & Administration Manager with responsibility for recruiting, training, compliance, and most importantly, people. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Relations from Pace University in New York and a Master’s Degree in Information Technology (Hons.) from the American InterContinental University. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Human Resource Management Association of Jamaica. In 2019, she completed her training as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner and became a Scholar Member of the Caribbean Society of the Human Resource Professionals in 2021.
