Requirements

Apply for Space

Partnering with FCJ is easy. However there are things to prepare before-hand. There is an application form to be completed and submitted along with other documents before you can be considered.

 

These are:

  • Bank Reference Letter
  • Company Business Plan/ Outline
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Company registration and TCC
  • Recent Financial Statements and/or Cash Flow Projections
  • Letter of Good Standing from a Current/ Past Landlord

Upon approval, you will be required to pay a security deposit of three (3) months plus a stamp duty fee.
